Our story

From Thailand to Lithuania

DIMAK was born from a love of traditional Thai massage – techniques passed down through generations in Thailand. Every session here begins with calm and ends with renewal.

Massage is a conversation without words. The body always tells you what it needs."

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to undress for the massage?

Traditional Thai massage is done without oil, in loose comfortable clothing that we provide. For oil massages you undress to your comfort level; your body is always covered with a towel.

Is Thai massage painful?

Thai massage can be intense, but the pressure is always adjusted to you. If it is too strong or too light – just tell the therapist ("soft" / "strong" always works).

Which massage should I choose for my first visit?

For a first visit we recommend a 60 min traditional Thai (Nuad Boran) or the gentler aromatherapy massage. If your neck or back bothers you most – choose the targeted back & shoulder massage.

How should I prepare for my visit?

Arrive ~10 min early so you can settle in calmly. Avoid a heavy meal and alcohol 1–2 hours before. After the massage you will get Thai tea – take your time.

Is massage suitable during pregnancy? What about health conditions?

For mums-to-be we offer aromatherapy and foot massage — gentle technique only. We do not perform traditional Thai massage during pregnancy. When booking, please make sure to note in the comment field that you are pregnant and how far along you are — your therapist will adapt the session. If you have cardiovascular conditions, oncological diseases, recent injuries or surgeries — consult your doctor first and please mention it in the booking note.

What if I am running late?

Give us a call – we will wait as long as we can. If you are very late, the session may be shortened so the next client is not affected.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

After booking you will receive a link by email – there you can confirm or cancel your visit in one tap. To change the time, cancel and book again, or simply call us.

Do you have gift vouchers? How can I pay?

Yes – you can get a gift voucher for any massage at the salon or by contacting us by phone or email. Payment is in cash; ask us about other options.

Can a company buy gift vouchers?

Yes. We issue an invoice for companies and can personalise vouchers with recipients' names – a great fit for holidays, employee motivation or partner gifts. In Lithuania, non-cash gifts to employees (such as massage vouchers) of up to EUR 200 in total gift value per employee per year may be exempt from personal income tax and social security contributions – please confirm the details with your accountant. For larger orders, contact us and we will arrange everything personally.

Does health insurance cover the massage?

If your employer-provided health insurance includes wellness services, your insurer may reimburse part or all of the massage price – according to the terms and limits of your insurance contract. On request we will issue an invoice suitable for reimbursement, which you submit to your insurer via their self-service or app. Before your visit, check whether your plan covers massages, and don't delay your claim – insurers often apply a 30-day deadline.
