Terms of purchase
1. Seller
Gift vouchers are sold by Tanapan Promkaew, a self-employed individual operating under business certificate No. OU432901-1, operating under the name of the massage studio "DIMAK".

The seller is not registered for VAT, therefore the prices shown are final and no VAT is added.
2. What you are buying
A gift voucher entitles the holder to a massage at the DIMAK studio. Each voucher states:
The terms of the voucher are fixed at the time of purchase and do not change later, even if our price list changes.
- the number of visits (single-use or multi-use voucher);
- the massage duration – the voucher is valid only for massages of the same duration (a 60 min voucher cannot be used for a 90 min session);
- the massages that may be chosen within the voucher value per visit.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown next to each package and is final. The order is placed by pressing the "Order with obligation to pay" button – from that moment the obligation to pay arises. Payment is processed by a payment provider; the seller neither sees nor stores your card details.
4. Delivery of the voucher
After successful payment the voucher number is shown on screen immediately, and the voucher is sent as a PDF to the email address provided by the buyer. You may print the voucher or simply pass the number to the recipient – both are equally valid.
If the email does not arrive within an hour, please check your spam folder and contact us – we will resend it.
5. Validity
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is stated on the voucher and in the email.
After expiry the voucher ceases to be valid; however, please contact us – we can extend the validity free of charge.
6. How to use it
Book a visit at dimak.lt, by phone or by email and state the voucher number. Bring the voucher with you (printed, on your phone, or just the number).
Uses of a multi-use voucher are recorded after each visit; you can always check the remaining balance by contacting us.
7. The voucher is not exchangeable for money
A purchased gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money or paid out in cash, except for the right of withdrawal set out in section 8. An unused voucher is not refunded in money after expiry.
Any remaining value, if the chosen massage costs less than the voucher value per visit, is not refunded and not carried over.
8. Right to withdraw within 14 days
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of buying the voucher, without giving a reason. Please notify us by email at dimakthai@gmail.com, stating the voucher number and the date of purchase.
The money is refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same means of payment.
Important: the refund is made ONLY TO THE PERSON WHO PAID for the voucher, not to the gift recipient. If the voucher has already been used (fully or partly), only the unused visits are refunded.
Upon withdrawal the voucher is cancelled and ceases to be valid.
9. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please email dimakthai@gmail.com – we will reply within 14 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to a court.
10. Personal data
The personal data processed during the purchase is described in our privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
These terms apply from the moment the order is placed. The seller may amend these terms; the terms published at the time an order is placed apply to that order.
